Ray Walters tests and certifies plant operators on site anywhere in the UK. We rebuilt his website, made it fast, built it to be found on Google and to turn visitors into calls, and we report back every month in plain English.
His website looked the part from a distance, but underneath it was a basic shell, badly put together.
He needed a website that brings in work, and he wanted to know it was working.
Agreed on 12 September 2026, rebuilt and live by 30 September, and looked after every month since.
We took back control of the site, moved it to new hosting and rebuilt every page around what Ray does and how his customers talk. It is secure, private by design and fast on a phone with one bar of signal on site.
We rebuilt every page for Google. Before, only 4 of the 23 pages had a main heading and just one had a search description; now all 23 have both, plus the business details Google reads. We set up Google's search tools, published four guides with ten more on the way, and worded the machine pages the way customers search, down to 'NPORS ticket'.
Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) throughout. A call button always on screen, clear enquiry forms, and Ray's name and photo on the site, because people book a person. Every call tap, email tap and enquiry is counted, so we can see what makes people get in touch.
We research the search terms worth winning: the ones that bring more visitors, and above all the ones typed by people ready to book. Ray named his three busiest tests, and his customers ask for an NPORS 'ticket', so those three pages now use the words people actually search for.
Once a month Ray gets a short report in plain English: how many enquiries came in, how often he appeared on Google, what people searched for and what we did. No jargon and nothing to log in to.
The speed work made the home page more than five times quicker to show on a phone. For the first time, every visit, call tap and enquiry is counted.

Before: Google Lighthouse tests of the home page before the speed work, run on our own computer, 24 September 2026. Google descriptions: our audit of 11 September and our check of all 23 pages on 24 September 2026.
Now: Google's own speed test, PageSpeed Insights, 5 October 2026. The phone figures are the best of five tests (scores ranged from 91 to 99), and the computer scored 100 every time. The page now starts to appear on a phone in 1.4 seconds.

The old site had no performance measures at all, so there was nothing to judge it by. Now there is. We monitor Ray's search positions, visits and enquiries regularly, and keep working on the site so that both its search performance and the number of visitors who get in touch keep rising.
What AI Elevation have done has been fantastic value. I can't believe the difference.
If it brings in fewer enquiries than it should, or you can't tell what it does, get in touch. We'll look at it and tell you plainly what is wrong.
