Why are your prices so much lower than other AI agencies?
Most AI agencies charge for project management overhead, account teams and margin on top of margin. AI Elevation is a specialist sole practitioner — you work directly with Dave Hall, with no middlemen and no agency markup. The work is the same quality; the structure is leaner.
What does “fixed-price” actually mean?
It means we agree the scope and cost before any work begins, and that number does not change. If we underestimate the complexity, that is our problem — not yours. The only time a quote changes is if you ask for something outside the original scope, in which case we agree a new price before proceeding.
What if my project is larger or more complex than your standard packages?
Larger projects are welcome — the free assessment exists precisely to scope them properly. We have delivered projects well above £5,000 for businesses with complex, multi-system requirements. The starting-price figures on this page reflect what simpler projects cost; your assessment will give you a figure specific to your situation.
What happens after the project is delivered?
You own everything we build — the code, the workflows, the documentation. There is no ongoing subscription to AI Elevation unless you want continued support. Simple Automation projects include one month of support; Full Projects include three months. After that, a support retainer is available from £75 per month.
Do I need to change my existing software?
No. We build around what you already use — Microsoft 365, Xero, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and most common field service and job management tools. The aim is to make your existing tools work harder, not to replace them.
How quickly can you start?
Most projects start within one to two weeks of the free assessment. Simple automations are typically live within two weeks of sign-off. We keep our project load small deliberately, so you get full attention rather than being queued behind a large client.
